How do I Use the Saliva Drug Testing Kit?

Collect the Saliva Sample
Wipe the swab around the mouth, including the tongue and cheeks. Place it between the lower cheek and gum, using your tongue to push saliva towards the swab. Do not chew or suck on the swab. Let it soak for 5 minutes until it softens.
Prepare the Sample & Activate the Test
Remove the swab and insert it into the screening tube, securing it tightly. Leave the tube upright on a flat surface for about 5 minutes.
Read the Results
After 5 minutes, remove the label from the device to reveal the test results.

What is the Drug Detection Time Using Saliva Samples?

The detection time for drugs in saliva is generally shorter than in urine and depends on factors such as the type of drug, frequency of use, and individual metabolism. On average, the detection windows for saliva testing are:

Cannabis (THC): 1-3 days
Cocaine: 1-2 days
Opiates (including Heroin): 1-3 days
Amphetamines: 1-2 days
Methamphetamines: 1-3 days
Benzodiazepines: 1-3 days

Saliva tests are most effective at detecting recent drug use, typically within a few hours to a couple of days after consumption. For more accurate results, consider the frequency and quantity of drug use as well as individual factors like metabolism.

What drugs does the Workplace Saliva Drug Testing Kit screen for?

What is the Returns Policy?

Returns are only accepted in the event of a test line control failure. Please refer to the instructions included in the kit for guidance.

To initiate a return, the kit must be returned within 7 days of delivery, along with the device showing the test line control failure. Upon receipt, the device will undergo an inspection at Crystal Health Group. Any refund will be issued based on the results of this inspection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the returned kit. Alternatively, if a replacement kit is requested and approved, it will be dispatched within 2 working days.
