How do I Use the Urine Drug Testing Kit?

Collect the Urine Sample
Begin by providing a urine sample into the cup. Once the sample is collected, securely seal the lid of the cup.
Check Sample Urine Quality
Ensure the sample is sufficient by verifying the temperature strip and the minimum fill line on the cup.
Test Activation
The test will automatically activate as soon as the urine sample reaches the designated area in the cup. No manual activation is required.
Reading the Results
After approximately two minutes, remove the affixed label from the back of the cup to reveal the test results.

What is the Drug Detection Time Using Urine Samples?

The detection time for drugs in urine can vary depending on several factors, such as the type of drug, the frequency of use, and an individual's metabolism. However, general detection windows are as follows:

Cannabis (THC): 1-30 days
Cocaine: 2-4 days
Opiates (including Heroin): 1-3 days
Amphetamines: 1-3 days
Methamphetamines: 2-5 days

What is the Returns Policy?

Returns are only accepted in the event of a test line control failure. Please refer to the instructions included in the kit for guidance.

To initiate a return, the kit must be returned within 7 days of delivery, along with the device showing the test line control failure. Upon receipt, the device will undergo an inspection at Crystal Health Group. Any refund will be issued based on the results of this inspection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the returned kit. Alternatively, if a replacement kit is requested and approved, it will be dispatched within 2 working days.
