Crystal Health Group work with many solicitors around the UK providing court approved drug and alcohol testing services. Whether it is on-going drug testing, linked with other solicitors or social services, one-off testing requirements, or Legal Aid work, we will have a legal drug testing solution that meets your needs.
There are many reasons why court approved drug testing or alcohol testing might be needed. Whatever the purpose, we work directly with solicitors or through our own private clients to provide the drug or alcohol test required. We work on a commercial basis with solicitors throughout the UK and can provide Service Level Agreements for continued drug and alcohol testing requirements.
Alternatively, for one-off legal drug testing, we can offer the order confirmation option. In addition, we offer split invoicing and can accommodate Legal Aid cases.
When working with a private client, we can also correspond with a client’s solicitors if there is third party consent in place.
The majority of drug and alcohol testing with solicitors is to prove abstinence to court from either drugs or alcohol for one or more individuals. Such cases normally involve access to custody of children for the parents involved.
Furthermore, these cases normally involve more than one solicitor. In one case, a hair drug test case for one individual involved three different solicitors and social services. Our own Case Manager dealt with all four parties and coordinated the third-party consent required to release the drug test laboratory report.
For such cases, we can accommodate split invoicing between parties. In most cases, where there is credit history in place, we can offer 30-day credit terms.
When working with a private client, third-party consent must be in place to satisfy GDPR requirements. As such, we will provide our client with a third-party consent form to be completed. Once we have this, we can liaise with authorised solicitors about the drug or alcohol test.
We also offer the opportunity for solicitors to attend drug testing appointments with their clients at selected locations. In addition, we can also accommodate on-site sample collection at solicitor’s offices if needed. As a result, the solicitor can also act as a witness to the sample collection if required.
Whatever your needs, we will do our best to accommodate a request, in compliance with our own policies and GDPR requirements.
